Every JKLAM 3D product is printed to order in Hagerstown, Maryland. Because items are made when you order them, please allow 2–5 business days of production time before your order ships. Large or complex prints may take longer — the product page will say so.

Returns & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint and reship it free of charge — no need to send the original back.
Unused stock items may be returned within 14 days for a refund (buyer pays return shipping). Custom and commissioned prints are made just for you and cannot be returned unless defective.
