What materials do you print with?
Most products are printed in PLA or PLA+ (rigid, detailed, great for display pieces) or PETG (tougher and more heat-resistant, better for functional parts). Select products offer TPU (flexible) or resin (high-detail miniatures). Each product page lists its available materials.
How long until my order ships?
Items are printed to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days depending on size and print time. You’ll get a shipping notification with tracking the moment it’s on its way.
Will the color match the photos exactly?
Filament colors can vary slightly between batches, and layer lines are an inherent part of 3D printing. We photograph actual prints, not renders, so what you see is very close to what you get.
Do you take custom or commission work?
Yes! Check the Custom & Made-to-Order category or use the contact page to describe your project. If you have an STL file already, we can quote a print directly from it.
Are your prints food safe?
Standard FDM prints are not certified food safe — layer lines can harbor bacteria even with food-safe filament. Treat items like mugs and trays as decorative unless the product page says otherwise.
How durable are 3D-printed parts?
Very — for their intended use. PETG and PLA+ parts handle daily handling well. Avoid leaving PLA in a hot car (it softens around 60°C / 140°F); choose PETG for outdoor or high-heat applications.
